To improve RUDI s’ corporate governance, organization capacity, management of human
resources, working environment, and operations.
To implement and initiate new value chain projects, at least 1 new project every year in
the following subsectors rice, horticulture, and renewable energy.
To increase the knowledge and skills of prospective stakeholders to enable them to cope
with new upcoming challenges and exploit emerging opportunities.
To create alternative and increase sources of resources for the organization and diversify
RUDI revenue streams (at least one new revenue stream created every year).
To improve partnerships, collaborative arrangements and networking between RUDI and
stakeholders.
